What to expect

We’re passionate about using nutrition science to improve sports performance, so let us handle the details!

We love diving into the specific demands of your sport to uncover what your body needs for every aspect of performance—from rest and recovery to training and competition. We believe that education is a key part of putting sports nutrition into practice, so we aim to empower you with new knowledge along the way.

When you work with us, your goals become our own.

We’re all in.

The process

STEP 1

Discover

We’ll start with a thorough research and discovery phase. You’ll complete a health questionnaire and keep a detailed food and training diary. We’ll collaborate with other members of your team, such as your coach, doctor or physiotherapist, for further insight into your starting point. This step provides a crucial snapshot of your current nutritional habits, training load and health, which helps us to start identifying key areas to focus on for improvement.

STEP 2

Discuss

Next, we dive into an in-depth consultation. This involves a full briefing where we’ll discuss your training and nutrition experiences, personal goals, current challenges, and overall health and injury history. We’ll also consider all aspects of your lifestyle, including sleep, work and travel commitments and how these factors influence your nutrition. This allows us to build a foundation for a tailored nutrition plan that meets your personal needs and performance goals.

STEP 3

Develop

Based on the information gathered, we’ll create a bespoke nutrition strategy designed to support your training, competition, and recovery. We’ll present the strategy to you, explaining the rationale behind it to give you the knowledge and confidence to implement it effectively. Education is key, so you’ll gain a solid understanding of the ‘why’ behind how this approach will enhance your performance.

STEP 4

Dial In

Nutrition is not a static science, so this step focuses on ongoing optimisation. We’ll keep refining your nutrition strategy based on your feedback, performance, evolving goals, and emerging challenges. This approach ensures your plan adapts seamlessly to each phase of training and competition. Over time, we’ll arm you with the knowledge and confidence to apply nutrition science independently for optimal future performance.
